my name is André and I'm a seasoned designer based on Brazil who always look to simplify complexity through smart design!
With more than eleven years experience working with digital products, I've already developed solutions for many companies in Brazil and also in LATAM countries and USA.
During my professional journey I've crafted experiences and interfaces for products and services in markets such as finance, payments, healthcare, education, retail, agroindustry, communication, and entertainment with B2B, B2C and SaaS solutions.
As a hands-on Product Designer, I've worked for softwares companies, startups, product companies, and in design and IT consultings as a outsourcing model. I'm comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams, and deal with stakeholders, POs, PMs, developers, IT managers and also with C-levels.
I had five years of experience building, leading and scalling design teams within IT consultings and startups. Stablishing internal and external parameters, helping the design professionals to achieve their potentials and ensuring that the projects that we worked on are delivered in the best way possible. I also being responsible for crafting and evolve design services and work models, and work closely with C-levels looking for the design area growth.
